This is a very small but extremely beautiful restaurant. First, I enjoyed the music. The appetizers I got was the honey Appleton and also the hibiscus something wings both 1000/10. I actually don’t drink sorrel unless it’s homemade but the sorrel was amazing as well, it shocked me. My partner got jerk chicken and waffles. I hate jerk chicken because I can’t handle the spice but here it has a fair level of spice and the chicken was juicy. I ended up getting the coconut curry oxtail with stew peas and rice. I didn't like it tbh. It was an Interesting mix but for me personally I don’t like stew peas so I couldn’t get over that and idk how I missed it on the menu. However, I think it would be good without stew peas. I didn’t say anything to the waiter bc most Caribbean places are always mean when making a complaint but the waiter I had noticed and offered twice to swap it out. Hibiscus glazed lamp chops 1000/10! Because of how nice the waiter was it made me really happy. Definitely would come back.
If you want to feel like you are on tropical island - YOU HAVE TO GO TO OMARS!!!! Great music and design gives you that island vibe and you feel so relaxed! Delicious food (we had jerk chicken, fried fish balls , red snapper and lamb chops), cocktails with exotic fruits and very friendly server made our experience unforgettable
Dimly lit Jamaican restaurant, the food was amazing we had the chicken and waffles, the plantain grits and the chicken sandwich, the plantain grits were way better than I expected Will definitely order again, the chicken and waffles is one of the best I've ever had. The chicken was tender with a light batter that was perfect, It said it was red stripe beer infused but I didn't chase the red stripe but it didn't need it, the chicken sandwich was great and again the plantain grits was just creamy with a light plantain flavor and just overall amazing. The drinks were great I forgot the names but just know they're awesome, we wanted to get dessert but they didn't have one desserts that I wanted so it wasn't able to review the desserts but the staff was amazing, nice cozy restaurant good for a date night or even hang out with a small group of friends definitely recommend!
I was here about a month ago and have to share how delicious the food was! I ordered the bbq salmon served with rice & peas and it was cooked perfectly with all the spices needed. I was able to try the shrimp doubles, mac & cheese, conch fritters etc. and I enjoyed each bite! Service was good. There was a DJ playing all the chunes so that was a nice touch. Overall, enjoyed my experience.
Everything was amazing! Flavor was there!! We got the jerk bbq glazed lamb and the coconut curry oxtail. We got the frozen rum punch and it was dangerously good. Great staff and nice ambiance. Music was great and the interior was cute!

Such a great vibe. The lamb sliders were delicious and then the jerk chicken was great as well. It was also my birthday and our waitress made sure I felt special with a sparkly surprise and birthday music! It was so much fun! So glad we came and definitely recommend for everyone to try out!
Excellent food, drinks, service, and the vibes were nice. Small location adds to the welcoming, cozy, and comfortable atmosphere. Such a hidden gem. They played music which was nice also. Delicious food. 10/10 will be visiting again.
